Jan & Mark got Married!

Jan and Mark decided on a small, intimate wedding at their home with their closest friends and family. The rain stopped just in time for the outdoor ceremony. The bridal party danced down the aisle, and Jan and her father made an exciting entrance! All of this led to a personalized ceremony, where the officiant read letters Jan and Mark wrote to one another. The ceremony ended with everyone at the alter, praying together. What a beautiful moment.They decided to plant a tree that would grow in their backyard, and everyone brought in dirt from a place special to them. The tree is standing directly behind the spot that they exchanged their vows.
The love these two share is so evident, and I (Jess) was so honored to be there to share their day with them. 
Ending the night was an emotional first dance to some Mumford and Sons, and a great conversation with Mark's daughter about our favorite books - Harry Potter and The Hunger Games!
